We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers for an exciting position with one of Europe's largest transport companies, located in Ringsted. The position is intended for permanent employment with the company after a three-month trial period through Bech Personnel. The company will evaluate your performance and suitability for the position after the trial period.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach Truck for efficient and safe handling of goods, lifting up to 14 meters high.
- Storing and picking/packing goods in the warehouse using a handheld scanner.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is organized and tidy.
Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum of two months' experience as a Reach Truck Driver.
- Ability to communicate in either Danish or English.
- The position is on the evening shift, so you should be available for permanent evening work.
- Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- You can start in the position the 15th of January 2024.
Salary Conditions:
- Hourly wage is 164 DKK until March 2024.
- Base salary will increase to 170 DKK per hour after March 2024.
- Evening supplement according to the 3F agreement.
- Seniority supplement:
- Extra 10.20 DKK per hour after 12 months of employment.
- Extra 14.45 DKK per hour after 24 months of employment.
- Extra 16.45 DKK per hour after 60 months of employment.
The first three months working through Bech Personnel will count towards your seniority with the company. The salary remains the same during your trial period with Bech Personnel.
